Can I bring my manufactured home into Dexter Oaks Cooperative?
- Yes! We have one lot currently available for your home. The lots are each 65 feet by 114 feet and we accept homes newer than 1999.
- Lot rent for your new home will be $375 per month, which includes a $50 charge toward the cost of the concrete pad.
